The Embassy may request additional documents, biometric data (fingerprints), or an interview if required. While management will make every effort to obtain the visa, the final decision rests solely with the Embassy. In case the visa is delayed, put on hold, or rejected for any reason, resulting in tour cancellation:
The tour cost paid will be non-refundable, and the applicable cancellation policy will apply.
Re-application charges, if any, will be extra and over and above the tour cost.
Any change in itinerary will attract additional charges.
