Payment Policy

On Confirmation: 25% of the tour cost
Balance Payment: 75% payment - 90 days before departure (March 11, 2026) or before Visa application whichever is earlier
Note: Taxes and TCS will be charged extra, as applicable

All payments must be made as per schedule to secure hotel reservations, ferry bookings, and other services.

Cancellation Policy

120 days or more before departure: Loss of booking deposit
119 – 90 days before departure: 25% of the tour cost will be retained
89 – 60 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost will be retained
59 – 45 days before departure: 75% of the tour cost will be retained
Less than 45 days before departure: 100% cancellation charges

Any cancellations must be communicated in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting actual charges levied by hotels, transport, ferry, and other service providers.
