Payment Policy

On Confirmation: USD 2,000 per person to confirm your seat
Second Installment: 50% of the tour cost (including deposit) to be paid on or before 15 September 2026
Final Payment: Balance amount to be cleared on or before 15 November 2026
Note: Taxes and TCS will be charged extra, as applicable

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. The following charges will apply per person:

On or before 15 September 2026: USD 1,000 cancellation fee
16 September – 15 November 2026: 50% of the tour cost
16 November – 10 December 2026: 75% of the tour cost
11 December 2026 onwards / No Show: 100% cancellation charges
Flight tickets, visa fees, and any non-refundable services will be charged additionally as per actuals
Name changes or date changes will be treated as cancellation and rebooking
Visa fees, once applied, are non-refundable
