Cancellation Policy

Before 15 August, 2026: Full tour cost will be refundable
Between 16 August & 15 November, 2026: 10% of the tour cost will be retained
Between 16 November & 10 December, 2026: 50% of the tour cost will be retained
After 11 December 2026: 100% of the tour cost will be retained
Cancellation charges for issued air tickets will apply as per airline policy
Visa fees, once applied, are non-refundable
