On Confirmation: USD 2500 per person (Booking Advance)
On or before October 24, 2026: USD 6500 per person (Second Installment)
Balance Payment: To be on or before December 24, 2026 (90 days prior to departure) or Visa Application whichever is earlier
Note: Taxes and TCS will be charged extra, as applicable

Cancellation Policy

Before October 24, 2025: 100% of the booking advance will be retained
Between October 24 – December 24, 2025: 50% of the tour cost will be retained
After December 24, 2025 (less than 90 days prior to departure): 100% of the tour cost will be retained
Cancellation charges for issued air tickets will apply as per airline policy
Visa fees, once applied, are non-refundable
