For Guests Joining Alaska + Canadian Rockies

Seat Blocking Amount: USD 500 per person (refundable up to January 26, 2026)
1st Payment: 50% of Alaska + Canada tour cost by March 1, 2026
Final Balance: Remaining payment by May 1, 2026

For Guests Joining Canadian Rockies Only

Seat Blocking Amount: CAD 500 per person (refundable up to January 26, 2026)
1st Payment: 50% of tour cost by March 1, 2026
Final Balance: Remaining payment by May 1, 2026

Note: Taxes and TCS will be charged extra, as applicable

Cancellation Policy

On or before January 26, 2026: Full refund of seat blocking amount
Between January 27 – February 29, 2026: 100% of the advance (seat blocking) retained
Between March 1 – April 15, 2026: 50% of total tour cost retained
After April 15, 2026 (within 115 days of departure): 100% of total tour cost retained
Cancellation charges for issued air tickets will apply as per airline policy
Visa fees, once applied, are non-refundable
