Payment Policy

On Confirmation: Euro 1500 + GST + TCS per person
Balance Payment: On or before March 15, 2026 or Visa Application whichever is earlier
Note: Taxes and TCS will be charged extra, as applicable

Cancellation Policy

Before January 31, 2026: 100% of advance paid will be refunded
Between February 1 – April 15, 2026: 50% of the tour cost will be retained
After April 15, 2026: 100% of the tour cost will be retained
Cancellation charges for issued air tickets will apply as per airline policy
Visa fees, once applied, are non-refundable
