Payment Policy

On Confirmation of Booking: USD 2500  per person (Booking Advance)

On or before October 24, 2025: USD 6500 per person (Second Installment)

On or before December 24, 2025 (90 days prior to departure): Balance Payment

Cancellation Policy

Before October 24, 2025: 100% of the booking advance will be retained.

Between October 24 – December 24, 2025: 50% of the tour cost will be retained.

After December 24, 2025 (less than 90 days prior to departure): 100% of the tour cost will be retained.

Lima – Puerto Maldonado (Amazon Lodge)

Fly to Puerto Maldonado, the gateway to the Amazon. Travel by boat along the Madre de Dios River to your eco-lodge. In the afternoon, take your first walk into the rainforest, followed by a twilight boat ride to witness the jungle’s nocturnal life. Overnight in Amazon Lodge

Amazon Adventures

Spend the day immersed in the Amazon. Visit Lake Sandoval in Tambopata National Reserve to spot giant river otters and exotic birdlife. Later, climb the canopy walkway for treetop views and experience the rainforest after dark on a guided night walk. Overnight in Amazon Lodge

Puerto Maldonado – Cusco – Sacred Valley

Sacred Valley – Machu Picchu – Cusco

Board the train to Aguas Calientes and ascend by bus to Machu Picchu. Explore the Lost City of the Incas with a guided tour of its temples, terraces, and mysterious stonework. Return by train and road to Cusco. Overnight in Cusco

Cusco City & Ruins

Cusco – Puno (Lake Titicaca)

Lake Titicaca – Lima

Sail on Lake Titicaca to the Uros floating islands, home to reed houses and boats, and then continue to Taquile Island, known for its traditional weaving. Later fly from Juliaca to Lima. Overnight in Lima

Explore Lima’s colonial treasures: the Main Square, Cathedral, and San Francisco Monastery with its catacombs. Later, discover modern districts such as Miraflores. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight in Lima

Lima – Paracas

Drive along the Pacific Coast to Paracas. Arrive by noon and enjoy the afternoon at leisure by the sea. Overnight in Paracas

Visit the iconic Christ the Redeemer atop Corcovado Mountain for panoramic city views, then ride the cable cars up Sugarloaf Mountain. In between, enjoy Rio’s vibrant neighborhoods and beaches . Overnight in Rio de Janeiro

Rio – Iguazu Falls (Brazilian Side)

Fly to Foz do Iguaçu. On arrival, visit the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls for sweeping views of this natural wonder before checking into your hotel. Overnight in Iguazu

Iguazu Falls (Argentine Side) – São Paulo

Spend the day exploring the Argentine side of Iguazu Falls, walking along trails to the Devil’s Throat and other dramatic viewpoints. Later fly to São Paulo for your onward connection. Overnight in São Paulo

Peru Visa Rules: 

If you hold a valid visa (with at least 6 months’ validity) from the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, or any Schengen-area country at the time of entry into Peru, you are exempt from a temporary tourist or business visa.
 

Argentina Visa Rules:

From 28 August 2025, Indian citizens who hold a valid and current U.S. tourist visa (category B2) may enter Argentina for tourism purposes without needing a separate Argentine consular visa or Electronic Travel Authorisation (AVE/ETA), for up to 90 days.

 

Common Documents:

  1. Original passport – Must be valid for at least 6 months from intended date of entry and have at least two blank pages for visa & migration stamps.
  2. Completed visa application form – Usually in three separate pages, not printed back-to-back, signed by applicant.
    [The Visa form must be hand-written by the applicants in BLUE ink and point 51 must mention applicant´s full name as per passport in BLUE ink and BLOCK letters along with signature]
  3. Recent passport‐sized photograph(s) – Colour photo on white background, meeting the size requirements (4x4cm). white background front faced
  4. Covering letter / itinerary – Explaining purpose of visit, planned stay duration, city-wise plan etc.Signed by the applicant 
  5. Travel Itinerary 
  6. Agency Invitation Letter confirming the hotel bookings
  7. Bank Statement (6 months) signed and stamped by the bank 
  8. Income Tax retruns (3 years) 
  9. Salary Slips (3 months) (If employed)
  10. If employed: NOC from employer stating dates of joining, purpose and duration of visit.
  11. Copy of passport & valid visas – Copies of your passport data page, and valid or recently expired visas may help.
  12. Appointment & personal interview – You must submit your application in person (or at the consulate with appointment) and attend the interview.
