Payment Policy

  • On Confirmation: Advance amount of Rs. 50,000 + NZD 2000 per person + Taxes +TCS
  • Final Payment (On or before September 12): NZD 120000 + NZD 3300 Taxes + TCS

Cancellation Policy

  • Before August 1: 100% amount will be refunded 
  • Between August 1 to September 1: 50% amount will be refunded 
  • Post September 1: 100% amount is non refundable 

Timeline

Minimum 25 working days, weekends and public holidays are not considered.

  1. The Embassy reserves the right to request additional information/documentation and, if deemed necessary, to interview the applicant. Applicants applying for a Schengen visa will need to provide biometric data (fingerprints) when applying.
  2. Management will do its best to get the Visa, however we don't have any control over the decision taken by the Embassy, for any reason or decision taken by the Embassy, Visa is kept on hold or rejected leading to cancellation of the tour. In such case
    • Tour cost paid will be non-refundable and cancellation policy will be levied 
    • For re-application, necessary charges would be charged over and above the tour cost 
    • If itinerary needs to be changed, additional charge will be applicable
