Payment Policy

On Confirmation: Euro 2,000 per person

On or before February 15, 2026: Euro 2,500 per person

Balance Payment: On or before March 28, 2026 (90 Days Prior to Departure).

Note: Taxes and TCS will be charged extra, as applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Before December 15, 2025: 100% of advance paid will be refunded

Between December 16 – March 28, 2026: 50% of the tour cost will be retained

After March 28, 2026 (90 days prior to departure): 100% of the tour cost will be retained

Arrive in Reykjavík

Arrive at Keflavík International Airport and transfer by private coach to your hotel in the Reykjavík area. In the evening, enjoy a gentle introduction to the city with photo stops at the striking Sun Voyager Sculpture and the glass-fronted Harpa Concert Hall.
